The dancehall and reggae performer, who is in the UK to promote his new album “5th Dimension,” was in good spirits as he supported the London Lions, a basketball team that plays in the city.

Stonebwoy, known for songs like “Activate,” was sporting a comfy blue hoodie and trousers. He posted images and videos of himself and his buddies taking in the ambiance on social media to express his excitement about going to the game.

The London Lions defeated the Newcastle Eagles with a final score of 83-73 after putting on a strong display on the court. Once the squad won, Stonebwoy was seen giving high-fives to other spectators and encouraging them.

Stonebwoy grabbed the chance to meet several of the London Lions players after the game, snapping pictures with them and expressing his respect for their on-court prowess. The artist, who is well-known for his passion for sports, prayed for Ghana’s love of football as well as for the love of Ghanaian arts among the majority of Ghanaians living abroad.

The singer also used the occasion to talk about his forthcoming album, “5th Dimension,” where he announced Stormzy is a featured artist.
